At ShopOut, we are committed to delivering your sunglasses and accessories safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Charges
1) Flat Shipping Rate: PKR 250 per order
2) No free delivery is offered at this time
3) Shipping fee is non-refundable once the order is dispatched
2. Delivery Time
1) Standard Delivery Time: 2–5 business days within Pakistan
2) Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day
3) Deliveries are made during working hours only (Monday–Saturday)
Note: Delays may occur during holidays or due to unexpected courier issues.
3. Order Processing
1) Orders are confirmed via phone or SMS (if required)
2) Once confirmed, your order is packed and shipped within 24–48 hours
3) A tracking number may be provided upon request
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver across all major cities and towns in Pakistan. If your area is outside the courier’s delivery zone, we’ll contact you with alternate arrangements.
5. Order Issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:
1) Your item is damaged or missing
2) You received the wrong product
3)The parcel appears tampered with
We’ll resolve the issue promptly through refund, exchange, or replacement.
