Refund policy

At ShopOut, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of accessories and sunglasses. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order, only if:
1) The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
2) The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
Items that are worn, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
1) Email us atshopoutstore1@gmail.com with your order number, reason for refund, and pictures (if applicable).
2) Our team will review your request and respond within 2 3 working days.
3) If approved, we will arrange courier pickup at your address — our courier will replace the product and collect the damaged item.
3. Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be:
1) Credited to your original payment method, or
2) Issued as store credit, if preferred.
Refunds may take 4–5 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
1) Items returned after 7 days of delivery
2) Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
3) Custom or discounted items unless defective
5. Exchange Option
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us. We’ll be happy to arrange that, subject to availability.
